I happily paid for my deals, went to redeem them and realized why they were so easy to win. There's like a million different black-out dates, restrictions and time restraints.
For hotel discounts, you have to book at least 4 consecutive nights. Now, I'm on a budget and don't travel often. When I do, it's not for long periods of time.
I try to get the best deals on airfare and I certainly try to avoid the most expensive nights to stay in a hotel. I thought winning these vouchers would be a great way to do so. It was a complete waste of my time and money bidding on these.
What a bummer! There are few people who are falsely bad mouthing about zbiddy. How can zbiddy charge you during registration when you never give any CC info to them?
They never ask for credit card while registering. Zbiddy has shipped all the products which I won. I really trust this site. They put multiple ads on craigslist, then when you respond, they send an email saying they JUST sold the product but Its not OK to play bait and switch. Due to this deceit I will never use zBiddy and I will also spread the word that it uses dishonest, unethical tactics in its marketing!
Only gave one star since you have to give something. Kept using live chat and got the same response. Wait dats more. Filled out the form and waited for email confirmation stating when ut will be shipped. Tried live chst now disabled and website has no auctions. Got an email from zbiddy billing saying they are refunding the cost if iPod but nothing about shipping and handling or missing gift card The website appears functioning though there have been no auctions since early February.
Live chat doesn't work and they have not returned emailed to get auction codes on items won since September of Everything everyone has said in their reviews happened to me; wasted time on the phone, lies, misleading advertising.
We can report them to the Department of Consumer Fraud and several others! Please contact me about finding an attorney that will take this case-class action on contingency! The biggest SCAM! I didn't have a clue I'm so upset! These people are nothing but thieves!
When you do a live chat with them its a pack of lies Their time is coming, they are a bunch of losers! Zbiddy is not a fraudulant website. They're in this business for more than a year now. Well run site, few large items and always the same, a bunch of travel, cruise, vacation items All with restrictions or sending you to a travel agency to up sell you.
No use as you can not simple use as you wish. Even cash wins for travel has restrictions. Very poor selections over all that again don't change. I have won bids only to find restriction I can not use on other then household items. Once again, you will see the same items all the time. I think they are missing an opportunity and happy for you to buy bids on useless items.
It takes the fun out of this experience but I'm told all the sites are the same way. Saving money is good. All items have been delivered. As others had indicated; they had not as of yet shipped out Apple products going back to this past summer. I, too, had been put off exactly as previously described and awaiting resolution. They are still auctioning off Apple products as I write this review.
This has been resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, I was just yesterday the winner of a Samsung TV, which I hope to receive within a couple of weeks time at the latest. I'll report back on this, as well. Obviously, if it's not resolved satisfactorily, or the TV doesn't arrive, I will rate the company down, accordingly.
I've used a number of penny auction sites, including zbiddy. The model works like this: You buy a bid pack, then bid on the product you want.
If you're the last person to bid, you win the item. The reason you get a discount is because other people are bidding too, so multiple people are investing in the product. There's some strategy to it, but that's what makes it fun. If you're willing to be patient and learn the ropes, sites like zbiddy can really pay off. I've won several auctions and paid significantly less than retail each time. I doubt I'll ever see my money again, but this place is totally fraudulent and a complete rip off!

They also put a cap on several of the high priced items They are not fair players like Qibids is and some of the others. I'm still waiting for a response, refund, or merchandise I think that I just got scammed really good--I have over bids left If you bid and win you've already gotten scammed!
Shame on me I did not even have a chance to order a smaller bid package. So I emailed them asking for a refund and after 3 days have not had an answer. So I tried to contact someone on instant chat. It took so long to get a reply that I was offline and then had to start over. So I finally found a phone number and called and got someone with a heavy foreign accent with a lot of background noise too. But it is not a debit card! I have to pay for the gas and mail in my receipt for reimbursement.
Oh, and there are very few items to bid on and the same things just rotate on over and over. Still Waiting for Items from Sept. Whats the problem??????????? I Paid no codes No product. I bid on z biddy mostly for gift cards. Ovelall, i'd recommend it for gift cards.
